The only change I made was an extra 1/2 cup of sugar when it was in the oven. No salsa or chutney taste at all. Just delicious tomato-ey goodness like I remember my mom made when I was a kid!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17704627807306535132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8168437460312909622.post-77880535983220450542015-09-24T16:29:45.787-04:002015-09-24T16:29:45.787-04:00Rob, you are absolutely right. I know that 25 cardamoms sounds a lot, but it is also a lot of tomatoes... And a tiny bit of vanilla. They really just round up the jam, and do not really stand out as individual flavors.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05525901019415679939noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8168437460312909622.post-40889030185446785942014-08-27T05:27:21.685-04:002014-08-27T05:27:21.685-04:00A nice change of pace with your story than other j...A nice change of pace with your story than other jam posts - am curious about the combination if flavours too, sounds delicious Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09303589374815913275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8168437460312909622.post-73663434991959466492014-08-26T21:23:40.480-04:002014-08-26T21:23:40.480-04:00... and thanks for stopping by.
